April continues to hold her own. Darrell and Jean are the only ones allowed back right now, and that's just for about 3 minutes every 2 hours. April's new heart is a little bigger than her old one (I said early in this process that she needs a big ol heart!) so the MDs have left her chest opened for a day or two to make sure everything goes as planned. She was responsive to Darrell by opening her eyes when he spoke to her. Everything seems to going well thus far.
